How to apply masacara when you have sensitive eyes

I don’t know about you. When I saw my sister put on mascara with her eyes open and holding her eye back to do it. I couldn’t do it. My eyes are really senstive so they would always get watery. One of my friends taught me that I can actually do it with my eyes closed. I know it sounds simple, but people just don’t think of it.

I close my eyes and apply the masacara on my eye lashes. Before I apply it ,

I make sure have a a piece of toliet tissue handy. I like to do a test run to make sure I don’t put to much on, and make sure it won’t smear. I’ll be looking for other beauty tips as I go.

Giving the Illusion your eyes are Bigger

I don’t know about you. I have really small brown beady eyes. I learned from a friend there is a certain way I can do my eye shadow that will give the illusion that my eyes are bigger than they really are.

Its very easy to do.

1. apply the lighter eyeshadow on the bottom eye lid

2. Apply the Darker eyeshadow on the top lid.

Some color suggestions of eye shadow she gave to me to use

light pink

purple

Gold.

she told me to put the pink (lighter pink) in the middle of my eye lid

Purple  (put on my top eye lid

Gold color put on my bottom eye lid.

She also suggested I use a black eye pencil or mascara for my eye brows and lashes.

Hollywood Pressures

Hollywood and society in general puts such pressure on young women to be thin and beautiful. With the images of skinny models in the magazines and pressures of the media. Both say “outer apperance is where its at.” That embracing your natural beauty doesn’t mean anything. You see Tv shows like DR Phil about parents who are pushing their kids to do plastic surgery. One girl was really pretty and only 19 years old. Because her mom and sister had their busts done, she felt she needs them done too. This girl has the perfect figure, but feels pressured because mom and sister had it done. Another parent was pushing her 12 year old to get it done. That is way to young. When should you be allowed to get plastic surgery.

1. When you are badly disfigured in a accident or from burn injuries

2. When like my moms friend who was a size M in her bust. It really hurt her back she had to have it done

Why does Hollywood and Society encourage plastic surgery for vain reasons?

A false since of security and image they are expected to withold.

You don’t find many products out there that promote natural beauty.

Mineral Girlz is one of the few products that promote natural beauty.

the make up is light, has color and sparkle but encourages and promotes your own natual beauty with it.

We need to help these kids, teens and young women see that natural beauty is encouraged and should be embraced.

Special tribute Ideas

I wanted to do a special tribute in honor of my friend whose been missing since June 1st. For my business. I would like some ideas as a creative thing to put on my business website in her honor. I would like to do something for her kids not sure what. I don’t know how to reach them at all. Maybe donate some of the proceeds to the missing children’s center or something. any ideas would be appreciated at this point.

business lesson #1

I took my first business lesson from a guy whose in the mineral girlz business with me. He said to get myself out there more to generate the customers for the business coming in. I can start by doing a business blog, as well as visit other Ryze bloggers and read what they write about to gain some fresh ideas.

Another thing I can do is make my website in my signature line of my e-mail box so its there going our with all the e-mails I send out. I can do the same on Ryze when I upgrade to gold membership. I can also post classified ads on Ryze.

Richard said these are the things that work best. Adveristing can be good. He does better at generating customers this way in regards to customer sales.

He said to that as people get to know me through my blog and know more about me. they will be more likely to buy the mineral girlz products. When writing my blog I can tell some about myself so the readers can really get to know me. Since hes a business expert I figure he would know. It seems to be working really good for him. I thought why not give it a try.
